Voting Question: Could you please help me out?

Whenever I drink, I got this in my stomach really hurt. The only way is to go away, if I go to bed. All medicines have helped me so far. (Tylenol, ibuprofen, all kinds of heartburn drugs.) I mentioned that this is my teacher, he said it sounds like an electrolyte imbalance. Do you know what this is perhaps how to solve it? Thank you!
