Voting Question: Why not take pepcidtwo with swallowing problem or abdominal pain?

I've had the past few years a succession of hot and really do not want to take any heavy-duty because of drug side effects. I got some pecidtwo and to refrain from reading, if you have stomach pain or difficulty swallowing. What are the reasons? This makes the situation worse?
